Mr. Felix Kimoli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (BCom, Finance Option) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He is also a Certified Secretary (CS) and a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS).
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Taxplan Consulting Limited, as well as the Vision Bearer, Founder, and Partner at both Batian Registrars LLP (Certified Secretaries) and MGI Aleklim LLP (Certified Public Accountants). Felix has gained invaluable experience in Finance and Business Advisory, having worked with several reputable audit firms for over 20 years before venturing into private practice in January 2005.
He brings on board a broad range of skills in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Auditing, Investigations, Tax Advisory, Business Process Outsourcing, Business Advisory, Training, and Corporate Secretarial Services. Through this hands-on exposure, he has consistently delivered seamless, incisive, and practical value-addition advisory services to individuals and corporate clients across diverse sectors, helping them streamline and strengthen their business processes.
MGI Aleklim LLP, a sister firm under the stewardship of CPA Felix, is a proud member of the MGI Worldwide international accounting network. During the MGI Worldwide Annual General Meeting held in Dubai in 2019, the firm was honoured as the MGI Worldwide Medium-Sized Firm of the Year 2019.
Outside the office, Felix serves as a Board of Governors member at Mutomo Mission Hospital and as a Finance Committee member of the Catholic Diocese of Kitui, where he chairs the Audit and Finance Committees in both institutions. He is also a founding member of the Friends of Kitui Catholic Diocese (FOKD), a church support group, and an active member of the Kenya Railways Golf Club and Machakos Golf Club.

Vascalia is a Certified Public Accountant holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree from KCA University and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). She serves as a Director at Taxplan Consulting Limited and as a Manager at both Batian Registrars LLP (Certified Secretaries) and MGI Alekiim.
She is a highly skilled analytical professional with over eight (8) years of experience in examining and analysing accounting records to determine the financial status of organizations, as well as auditing financial reports and operating procedures. She is highly competent in collecting and analysing data to identify control deficiencies, duplicated efforts, inefficiencies, fraud, and non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
Vascalia has extensive experience in monitoring and reviewing accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness, and possesses solid expertise in successfully conducting audit engagements from planning through to completion. She demonstrates strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and commitments. She also has an excellent ability to apply audit standards through practical application.
Her technical proficiency includes the use of Sage, QuickBooks, Tally ERP, and CaseWare audit software. She has wide-ranging experience in Auditing, Taxation, Accountancy, Corporate Secretarial Services, and Management Consultancy, gained since 2012. Throughout her career, she has consistently progressed from an entry-level management trainee to her current senior leadership roles

CPA Evelyne is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). She holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Moi University. Evelyne received her initial training from the well-established audit firm Russell Bedford Alexander & Associates (formerly known as Ashwin Brothers), where she worked up to the level of audit senior by the time she left. Evelyne joined us in 2016 and has since worked her way up quickly.
CPA Evelyne is the technical partner, a director of Taxplan Consulting Limited (registered on 14th August 2003), and a partner in Batian Registrars LLP (CSs) (registered on 20th August 2007).
Evelyne’s strong business skills, coupled with her knowledge of various accounting concepts, make her a formidable part of any project. Perhaps her greatest strength lies in her high level of organization and planning—combining a logical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things through to completion.
As a technical partner, her main role includes overseeing all audit engagements to ensure quality is maintained and that all audit assignments comply with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) requirements. She has managed various audits ranging from statutory audits, forensic investigations/audits, inventory audits, project audits, and special-purpose audits across diverse entities including commercial, manufacturing, construction, distribution, hospitality, commission agents, health facilities, learning institutions, real estate, professional firms, faith-based organizations, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), among others.

Her career spans global and regional institutions such as NCBA Investment Bank Ltd, CBA Capital Ltd, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Deloitte. Kathure has led landmark transactions across sovereign, corporate, and multilateral sectors, including Eurobond issuances, corporate bond listings, and innovative partnerships with international development institutions.
Renowned for her ability to combine strategic foresight with people-centered leadership, she has successfully built new business lines, scaled assets under management to over KES 52 billion, and positioned NCBA Investment Bank among Kenya’s leading financial institutions.
As the inaugural Board Chair of the MGI Alekim LLP, Taxplan Consulting Ltd, and Batian Registrars LLP Consortium, Kathure brings her wealth of experience and visionary leadership to guide the consortium’s growth. Her expertise in governance, capital markets, and innovation will play a key role in strengthening the consortium’s services and creating lasting value for clients and stakeholders.
